Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the App.
The App requires one-time upfront, your account will be charged immediately as soon as you buy from Buy Me A Coffee website.
Pradeep does not send invoices to customers that purchase from Buy Me A Coffee. Please reach out to “Buy Me A Coffee” anything related to invoices.
All purchases are final. Pradeep cannot issue refunds for purchases charged from your bank. If you have a billing dispute, you must contact “Buy Me A Coffee” website to seek a remedy.
Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Pradeep its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the App will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the App is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the App will meet your requirements.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
