Q: Does Zen mode app collect any data?

A: Zen mode app doesn’t have any servers or analytics to collect any data. Zen Mode only verifies on server whether if the license key exists or not.

A: Any app that requires access to macOS settings must obtain permission from the user.

Q: Your license key registration failed. Why?

A: It could be one of the following reason(s):

• Please recheck if the email and key that was used are the correct ones. (You should use the email that you’ve used while purchasing the app and license key is case-sensitive)

• Are you trying to register the license key on more than one device?

  Unfortunately, each license key is valid only one device.

  • You have two options:
    • Buy multiple licenses (or)
    • Firstly, unregister the license from old device and register again on the new device.
